Ideos calcium and vitamin D 500 mg/ 400 IU x 30 tablets Innotech

Ideos is used for calcium and vitamin D deficiency in elderly patients, to supply vitamin D and calcium, as an adjunct to specific osteoporosis treatment, in patients at high risk of calcium and vitamin D deficiency.
Suitable for:
Adults over 18 years old

Active ingredients:
Calcium carbonate 1250mg (equivalent to 500mg elemental calcium) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3, cholecalciferol) 400IU
Dosage:
1 tablet 2 times a day.
Warnings:
Do not take if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substances or any of the other ingredients.
Do not take this medicine if you suffer from hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, calcium urolithiasis, severe renal failure or are on hemodialysis, or if you have hypervitaminosis D.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, you should consult your doctor before using any medication.
Tell your doctor if you are taking calcium supplements, cardiac glycosides, diuretics, corticosteroids, phenytoin, barbiturates, bisphosphonates or sodium fluoride, tetracycline antibiotics. There should be an interval of at least 4 hours between taking these medicines and Ideos.
Ideos should not be taken at the same time as foods rich in oxalate or phytate (such as spinach, whole grains). There should be an interval of at least 2 hours between taking these foods and Ideos.
