The company carries out its activities in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, including:

  • The Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine
  • Consumer Protection Act
  • Personal Data Protection Act

The company holds the necessary permits for retail trade in medicinal products, issued by the competent authorities. The website pharmacycorner.bg is entered in the register for online trade in non-prescription medicinal products at the Bulgarian Medicines Agency.

  • concludes a distance contract with IE Pharmacy Ltd.

Electronic statements have the force of a handwritten signature under applicable law.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Copying and use without express written consent is prohibited.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

The user can pay for the order via:

1. Cash on delivery

Payment upon delivery via courier company.

2. Online payment by card (virtual POS terminal)

Payment is made through a secure system of a licensed payment operator.

  • IE Pharmacy Ltd. does not store bank card data
  • The data is processed directly by the payment provider.
  • All transactions are encrypted

Upon successful payment, the User receives confirmation by email.

7. DELIVERY AND FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS

Orders are delivered through authorized courier companies.

Conditions:

  • Prices are in BGN including VAT.
  • Shipping is calculated separately.
  • The final price is visible before finalization

IE Pharmacy Ltd. is committed to ensuring appropriate packaging and storage of product quality.

Delay is possible in the following cases:

  • lack of availability
  • incorrect data
  • force majeure circumstances

For a paid online order that cannot be fulfilled, the amount is refunded within 14 days.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days.

Conditions – the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return costs are at the customer's expense.

Refund of the amount within 14 days, via bank transfer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: 

  – for the delivery of goods made to order by the consumer or according to his individual requirements;

– for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, may deteriorate in quality or have a short shelf life;

– for the delivery of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons related to hygiene or health protection (including only in the case of mechanically damaged stickers certifying that the product packaging has not been opened);

– for the delivery of goods which, after being delivered and due to their nature, have become mixed with other goods from which they cannot be separated;

– for the supply of medicinal products within the meaning of the Act on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine (AMPHM) and on the basis of Art. 234, para. 5 of the AMPHM;

– for the supply of medical devices within the meaning of the Medical Devices Act and on the basis of Article 46, item 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.

9. OTHER CONDITIONS

The contract is concluded in Bulgarian.

All disputes are resolved according to Bulgarian law by the competent court.

If a clause is declared invalid, the others remain in force.

10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

IE Pharmacy Ltd. has the right to change these General Terms and Conditions.

Users are required to familiarize themselves with the current version.

Use of the site after changes is considered agreement to them.

11. PHARMACEUTICAL WARNINGS
