Delivery of products

The SELLER organizes the shipment of the goods, with delivery taking place within the delivery zone designated by him to an address specified and chosen by the CUSTOMER:*

(i) Delivery address: To carry out the delivery to the address specified by the CUSTOMER, the SELLER uses the services of the courier company Speedy.

Term for which the SELLER undertakes to deliver the goods:
Orders placed by 2:00 PM on business days → within the next business day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on weekdays or on weekends/national holidays → within up to 2 (two) business days

Please note the following exceptions to the stated delivery times:
For shipments to smaller settlements, served by the Speedy courier company on a specific weekly schedule, delivery is made according to the schedule for the respective settlement.

The delivery period may be extended in the event of a temporary unavailability of the product ordered by the CUSTOMER or in the event of insufficient availability to fulfill the requested quantity, as well as in cases of a declared state of emergency or an extraordinary epidemic situation. In such situations, we will contact you for further clarification.

Delivery delays by the courier company may occur due to adverse weather conditions, technical difficulties, extraordinary circumstances or other factors beyond our control. CUSTOMERS can track their shipments via the waybill number sent by email after it has been handed over to Speedy.
(ii) Speedy Office: The CUSTOMER has a period of 5 working days, starting from the date of delivery, to receive their shipment from the selected office of the courier company Speedy. If the order is not received within this period, it is considered canceled, the goods are returned to the PHARMACY, and the amount paid by the CUSTOMER is not subject to refund.

In the event that the ordered medicinal products, regardless of the payment method chosen, are not actually delivered to the CUSTOMER for any reason, they should not leave the PHARMACY'S supply chain and must be stored in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements, so as to ensure the preservation of their qualities and effectiveness.

When choosing the "cash on delivery" payment method, an additional fee will be charged to the order value. This fee is automatically added to the total amount due and is paid by the CUSTOMER upon receipt of the shipment.

The delivery address, respectively the selected office of the Speedy courier company, specified during the processing of the order by the SELLER, is considered decisive in the execution of the transaction.

The SELLER delivers the ordered goods via the courier company Speedy. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the CUSTOMER declares that he/she is familiar with and agrees with the delivery terms. To ensure correct and timely execution, after each order placed, the CUSTOMER receives a confirmation to the email address specified by him/her. The courier company Speedy sends a notification by email upon acceptance of the shipment for delivery, as well as an additional notification by email or SMS on the day of delivery.

You will see the shipping prices with SPEEDY before completing your order. The price is calculated in real time while you are placing your order. 

THE CUSTOMER uses free shipping for orders worth over 70 EUR / 136.91 BGN including VAT and weighing up to 2 kg.

The SELLER delivers the ordered goods through the courier companies Speedy and BOX NOW. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the CUSTOMER confirms his agreement with them and with the delivery conditions of the respective courier companies. Delivery is made within the area announced by the SELLER to the CUSTOMER, by a method chosen by him, unless otherwise agreed:

Via courier company BOX NOW:

The SELLER uses the services of BOX NOW for delivery to an automated postal station (hereinafter referred to as the "BOX NOW machine") selected by the CUSTOMER.

THE CUSTOMER uses free shipping for orders worth over 35 EUR / 68.45 BGN including VAT and weighing up to 2 kg.

The shipping cost is visualized in real time when creating the order.

Delivery to a BOX NOW machine outside of Sofia or in Sofia for orders placed after 2:00 PM is made on the next business day.

The maximum order weight is 20 kg. Orders must have maximum dimensions of 60 x 45 x 36 cm.

The PHARMACY is not responsible for the schedule and delivery time of the courier company BOX NOW and reserves the right to extend the processing time of orders.

The recipient is notified via a message (via Viber or WhatsApp) from BOX NOW to the mobile phone number and email address specified when ordering at the online pharmacy, when the order has been processed and shipped and is in the selected BOX NOW machine. A second message will be sent at least 8 hours before the expiration of the period for the shipment to stay in the selected BOX NOW machine, if the shipment is not claimed.

To receive your shipment from a BOX NOW machine, you must pre-pay the amount of your order using a debit/credit card online. On-site payment at a BOX NOW machine is not possible. Each message from BOX NOW will contain information about the payment method, information about the selected machine, the time the shipment will be in the machine, and a unique code consisting of 6-8 digits, known only to the recipient of the shipment, received after payment. The recipient must enter this unique code on the keyboard of the selected BOX NOW machine to open the door and receive their shipment. Entering the unique code on the keyboard of the selected machine replaces the recipient's signature and is proof of receipt of the order. The recipient identifies himself via his mobile phone in combination with the unique code from BOX NOW.

The time the postal item will remain in the container of a selected BOX NOW machine will be at least 48 hours, starting from the delivery confirmation message sent by BOX NOW. Upon request by the recipient, the stay period can be extended free of charge by another 24 hours via the BOX NOW website.

By personal receipt from a facility:

The CUSTOMER has the option to choose to receive the order free of charge from the SELLER's physical locations. In this case, the CUSTOMER will be notified by phone call when the order is prepared and ready for collection.

The receipt can be made from the following locations:

Corner Pharmacy, Chavdar Mutafov Street – working hours from 08:00 to 24:00
