Melatonin
Melatonin is a natural product of the body and is popularly known as the „sleep hormone“. It is secreted by the pineal gland and regulates the state of alertness/sleep or the so-called circadian rhythm. Studies have shown that supplying additional melatonin to the body leads to the restoration of the circadian rhythm, to easier falling asleep and to a more restful sleep.
According to the European Food Safety Authority: ”Melatonin contributes to shortening the time to fall asleep and easier adaptation of the body after traveling across time zones.”
 
L-theanine
L-theanine (5-N-ethyl-glutamine) is a glutamic acid found in green tea. It supports the activity of the nervous system without causing dizziness. It has been shown to favorably affect alpha waves, which are associated with feelings of calm and relaxation.
 
Lemon balm
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a plant with a well-known effect of helping the body with an overloaded nervous system and stress.
 
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) is involved in the conversion of the amino acid tryptophan into serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates melatonin levels. Vitamin B6 contributes to a calm nervous system, which makes it easier to fall asleep.

fillers microcrystalline cellulose and calcium phosphate, anti-caking agents magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, capsule (gelling agent gelatin, coloring agents titanium dioxide and iron oxide)
