TYLOL HOT sachet is a medicinal product for oral administration, without a prescription, containing paracetamol, chlorpheniramine maleate and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, which relieves symptoms of colds and flu, such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, increased body temperature and mild to moderate pain of various origins. The active ingredients of TYLOL HOT Powder have analgesic, antipyretic and antihistamine effects. Paracetamol relieves pain and lowers body temperature. Chlorpheniramine maleate favors symptoms of runny nose, swelling of the nasal mucosa, redness or hypersensitivity of the eyes, and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride reduces swelling of the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract. 
 
Directions for use: Dissolve the contents of each sachet in 160ml of warm water (a standard glass) and drink immediately, without waiting. If necessary, take the next dose after an interval of 6 hours. The recommended maximum daily dose is 4 sachets.
Contents in 1 sachet:

Paracetamol - 500 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate – 4 mg 
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride – 60 mg

Excipients: citric acid, anhydrous, tartaric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium carbonate, anhydrous, povidone, sucrose, sodium benzoate (E 211), quinoline yellow (E 104), lemon flavor.
