For the scalp: use as a shampoo 2-3 times a week. For the face and body: use once or twice a day as a deep cleansing treatment. Lather and apply to damp skin, leave on for a few minutes, then rinse well. Avoid contact with eyes.
Store in a dry and cool place, away from children and direct sunlight. For external use, avoid contact with eyes. Store at a temperature below 25 degrees.
