BISALAX 5 mg x 30 tablets TEVA

Bisilax from Teva is a medicinal product that has a laxative effect and is used in various conditions such as: constipation, preparation for diagnostic procedures, pre- and postoperative treatment, as well as the need to facilitate defecation in hemorrhoids, anal fistulas and fissures. Bisilax acts on the mucosa of the colon, stimulating peristalsis, the accumulation of fluids and electrolytes and thus aiding defecation.
Active ingredients
Contents in 1 tablet:

Bisacodyl- 5 mg
 
Excipients
Lactose monohydrate, wheat starch, anhydrous colloidal silicon, talc, magnesium stearate, gelatin. Film coating; methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate copolymer (1:1), macrogol 6000, macrogol 400, castor oil, polysorbate 80, titanium dioxide, talc, colorant E 104.

Dosage and method of use
Recommended dosage:

Adults and children over 10 years of age: 1-2 tablets daily.
Children from 4 to 10 years: 1 tablet daily. It is not recommended to take the product for more than 8-10 days. Preparation for diagnostic procedures and before surgical interventions:
Adults and children over 10 years of age: 2-4 tablets once in the evening;
For children from 4 to 10 years: 1 tablet in the evening.
 
Contraindications
Read the leaflet of the medicinal product carefully! Do not take this medicine if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance and/or any of the excipients.
