UPSARIN C effervescent tablets
UPSARIN C effervescent tablets is a medicinal product containing acetylsalicylic acid, which is used to treat diseases accompanied by pain and/or increased body temperature, for example: headache, flu-like conditions, toothache, muscle pain, in adults and children weighing over 30 kg (about 12 years).
If you have used more than the required dose:

Overdose with acetylsalicylic acid: During treatment, some of the following symptoms may occur: tinnitus, decreased hearing, headache and vertigo and are usually symptoms of an overdose of acetylsalicylic acid. If any of these occur, stop treatment and inform your doctor.

Acetylsalicylic acid (Acetylsalicytic acid)
330 mg

Ascorbic acid
200 mg

Sodium
485 mg

Other ingredients: anhydrous citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium benzoate, povidone for 1 effervescent tablet.

 
Method of use:

Adults: maximum daily dose is 3 g. The usual dose is 2 g: 1 to 2 tablets of 330 mg, and if necessary the dose is repeated after 4 hours, without exceeding 9 effervescent tablets per day.
For adults and children weighing more than 50 kg (over 15 years), the recommended maximum daily dose is 3 g of acetylsalicylic acid, i.e. 9 effervescent tablets per day. The usual dosage is two 330 mg tablets, which, if necessary, can be repeated at intervals of at least 4 hours, without exceeding 9 effervescent tablets per day.
Elderly patients: the recommended maximum daily dose is 2 g. Usual dose: 1 to 2 tablets of 330 mg, if necessary the dose is repeated after 4 hours, without exceeding 6 effervescent tablets per day.
Children: the recommended maximum daily dose in children is 50 mg/kg. Usual dose: between 30 and 50 kg (12 to 15 years of age): 1 tablet (330 mg) and if necessary, the dose is repeated after 4 hours, without exceeding 6 effervescent tablets per day.

The duration of treatment is limited:

Up to 5 days in case of pain
Up to 3 days in case of high fever.
If the pain lasts for more than five days, if the fever lasts for more than three days, or if your condition worsens, do not continue treatment without the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.
