BENALGIN / BENALGIN tablets description:
Benalgin Teva is a combined medicinal product, the action of which is determined by the action of its individual components (metamizole, caffeine and vitamin B1 (thiamine). Metamizole has an analgesic and antipyretic effect. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system and enhances the action of metamizole by facilitating its penetration into the brain tissue. Vitamin B1 improves metabolism and the conduction of nerve impulses. Benalgin is used for the symptomatic treatment of headache pain (migraine, tension headache); inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system; postoperative conditions; diseases of the peripheral nervous system (radiculitis, plexitis, neuritis, neuralgia, polyneuritis, polyneuropathies); painful menstruation.
Method of use:
For adults: 1 tablet 3 times a day. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. For children from 12 to 16 years: 1/2-1 tablet 3 times a day. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. For children from 6 to 10 years: 1/2 tablet 3 times a day. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 2 tablets.
