Valerian tincture is used for nervous tension and mild sleep disorders. Suitable for: Adults and children over 12 years of age Always read the leaflet before use! Active ingredients: 1 ml of solution contains: Valerian root (Valerianae radix) 1:5, equivalent to 200mg valerian root Solvent used for extraction: Ethanol 70% vol./vol. Dosage: Adults - 20-30 drops 3 times a day, dissolved in a little water. Children over 12 years of age - 3 times a day, as many drops as the child is old. To achieve optimal treatment effect, use is recommended for a period of 2 to 4 weeks. Valerian tincture should be taken half an hour before meals. Warnings: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not use in children under 12 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women, patients with epilepsy and others. There is a risk of increased effects when taken simultaneously with other drugs that depress the central nervous system (such as sedatives, hypnotics, alcohol). If after taking the medicinal product the symptoms persist or the condition worsens, consult a doctor. It is not recommended to take valerian tincture with sedatives and hypnotics (such as barbiturates, anxiolytics). Do not use before driving or operating machinery, due to the risk of drowsiness and decreased attention.
