DERMAZIN CREAM / DERMAZIN CREAM 50 g. indications:
Dermazin is a medicinal product from the group of local chemotherapeutics and is used for the prevention and treatment of infections in patients with burn wounds and other skin wounds. Silver sulfadiazine is degraded in the wound, which leads to a slow and sustained release of silver ions. These ions inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacterial cells without damaging the cells of the skin and subcutaneous tissues. Dermazin cream has a very broad spectrum of antibacterial activity, including almost all microorganisms causing infections of burn wounds and other skin wounds.
Dosage and administration:
First clean the burned area and remove dead tissue. Cover the area with Dermazin cream 2-4 mm thick. It is usually applied once a day, and in case of more severe burns it can be repeated. It is recommended to apply the cream on sterile gauze, which is placed on the wound. Before each application, you should clean the wound and remove all residues from previous application of the cream, as well as the wound secretions, which are abundant after the application of Dermazin cream and resemble pus, but are aseptic.
